Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

Physical Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you would like to return an item, please contact me first. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital Items

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are not eligible for refunds or returns.
